Supporting Innovation in Japanese Organizations

How we help

USJII helps Japanese research institutions and nonprofits build the resources and US presence their work requires. We serve as a US fiscal sponsor for organizations raising funds and making grants in the United States, and we provide strategy and fundraising support. Most recently, we worked with the Planetary Exploration Research Center at Chiba Institute of Technology to raise funds for its landers and imaging instruments on the Apophis asteroid mission, ahead of the asteroid's close approach to Earth in 2029.
